PDP suffers major setbacks in Lagos as Jandor resigns membership

Just 24 hours after he alongside a prominent Nigerian, Dele Momodu welcomed the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar to Lagos, who was in the state to pay a condolence visit to the family of late Afenifere leader, Ayo Adebanjo the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate for Lagos State in the 2023 polls, Dr. Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has officially announced his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Jandor, who made the announcement this Monday during a press conference in Ikeja, Lagos, assured his supporters that he would make an official announcement about his future plans within the next few months.

According to him, his departure from the PDP was not an isolated event, stating that he was leaving the party alongside his supporters across the 20 local governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas of Lagos State.

“My next political move will be declared in a few months,” he stated.
