Man United sack Amorim

Barely a week after Chelsea parted way with Enzo Maresca, the coach for the Blues, Manchester United have announced the sudden sack of their manager, Ruben Amorim.

The sudden decision could be traced to the outburst of Amorim after another draw with Leeds on Sunday On Sunday where he hinted that he was not happy with the level of interference from the Man Utd board.

In a statement, Manchester United noted that which was made ‘reluctantly’, was made at the right time to make a change.

Amorim is leaving Old Trafford after 14 months in charge of the Red Devils which have become an opposite of what they were known for since the exit of the Legendary Alex Fegurson.

According to information from the Club’s hierarchy, there are indications that the top brass are not feeling any sufficient evidence of evolution or progress this season under Amorim

Meanwhile, former Medfielder and Under-18s head coach, Darren Fletcher will take charge of Wednesday’s game with Burnley.

The Red Devils which finished last season a records low under Amorim are currently occupying the 6th position in the premiership table.
