The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon Amobi Ogah has formally withdrawn from being the Chairman of the Chinedu Ekeke and Ifeanyi Njoko Local Government Chairmanship campaign council under Zenith Labour Party in the forthcoming LGA elections for Isuikwuato LGA.
Hon Ogah in a release attributed his decision to the fact that he is still holding the mandate of the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency under Labour Party.
He further pointed out that the State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Dr Alex Chioma Otti OFR has not officially directed support for the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP).
The National Assembly member, however appreciated Ekeke and his Team for the confidence reposed in him and appealed to them to accept his withdrawal in good faith while wishing them the best of luck in their aspirations.
