Ikwechegh’s Presence In LP Is a Significant Boost To The Party – Hon Ogah

The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Amobi Ogah, has described the decision of the member representing Aba Federal Constituency, Hon Alex Mascot Ikwechegh to join the Labour Party as a significant boost for the party’s growing influence in Abia State and the Southeast.

Welcoming Hon his colleague, Ikwechegh, into the Labour Party following his recent defection from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Hon. Ogah, expressed confidence that his presence would strengthen the party’s representation and collective efforts toward delivering good governance and quality representation for the people.

The Outspoken Lawmaker noted that Ikwechegh’s political experience and grassroots connection in Aba would further consolidate the Labour Party’s presence in the state.

While pointing out that the Labour Party remains committed to promoting people-oriented policies, transparency, Hon Ogah expressed delight that the party has continued to attract progressive-minded leaders who are passionate about transforming their communities.

He further assured that members of the Labour Party caucus in the National Assembly would continue to work together in advancing policies and initiatives that align with the aspirations of Nigerians.
