For Ndukwu Goodness, a young lady residing in Owerri, the Imo State Capital and a regular Adorer at Canaanland Counselling Centre, Umuoma Onicha, Ezinihitte Mbaise, A. K. A, E – Dey – Work, 2nd Chronicles 20 : 20 must be strictly adhered to by every Christian seeking God’s face and favour.
Goodness was among the faithful God’s healing power touched at the Adoration of Wednesday 11/09/24 presided over by the Spiritual Director of the ministry, Rev. Fr. Dr. Magnus Ebere, SDV, popularly known as Fr. E- Dey – Work, as breast lump with the accompanying pains vanished.
According to this Young lady, her ordeal which started in February 2023 with severe pains on her breasts first took her to the Federal Medical Centre, Owerri Imo State where Doctors diagnosed her of lumps.
Doubting the results of the diagnosis, Goodness and the Mother went to a Specialist Hospital, Everest Hospital, Owerri where the Consultant after another round of examination also confirmed breast lump as the source of the excruciating pains.
“Being a faithful Adorer, I kept praying that the God of E – Dey – Work should locate me and heal me of this ugly situation, though my family Members were sceptical regarding the miraculous healing I was waiting for as none of them is an Adorer.”
She told Hanto Daily News that it was as a result of this situation that her family arranged for surgery to be conducted on her on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 2024 with the Mother scheduled to pay the deposit on Wednesday morning 11/09/24.
Having succumbed to the pressure to go for surgery as suggested by the Medics and Family members, Goodness however persisted in attending the adoration of Wednesday, 11/09/24, believing that God could still locate her.
Like the Biblical woman with hemorrhage, Goodness strictly obeyed the instructions issued by Fr. E – Dey – Work during the healing session of the programme which required movement of the body, despite her health challenge.
She testified while dancing and jubilating on the Altar, “as I joined in shouting Jesus for twelve times, I felt that something left immediately at the end of the instruction. It was there and then that I started shouting in excitement and told the Elderly woman sitting by my side to check and press my breast. Indeed to my greatest amazement, the pains and lumps were gone.”
Goodness whose Joy knew no bounds thanked God for using Rev. Fr. Dr Magnus Ebere in healing her and saving her from this disgraceful challenge.
Speaking on the mighty works of God, Fr. E – Dey – Work made it clear that only God performs such miracles and warned Adherents against attributing such to him.
Speaking in an interview with Hanto Daily News, the Elderly woman who checked Goodness’s breast, Mrs Lucy Okoro pointed out that the Young Lady is her neighbour at Chukwuma Nwoha by Akokwa Street, Federal housing estate, Owerri and thanked God for his mercies.
