A release signed by the Council Chairman, Comrade Chidi Asonye, and Secretary, Comrade Iyke Onuegbu, mnipr, puts the venue of the the congress at the NUJ Press Centre, No. 66 Aba Road, Umuahia, while time is 3pm.
