Abia State Chief Judge, Justice Lilian Abai has announced one-week Easter Holiday Vacation for Judges of the Abia State JUDICIARY.
A release endorsed by the Acting Chief Registrar, High Court of Justice Umuahia, Mrs Alwell Beauty, says the Easter Holidays commences on Easter Monday 21st April 2025 to Monday 28th April 2025 while work resumes on Tuesday 29th April 2025.
The release makes it clear that the approval is pursuant to order 45, rule 5(b) of the Abia State High Court Practice and procedure, 2021.
It therefore enjoins Nigerian Bar Association Branches and the public to take note.
