Abia Apostolic Intercessory Team to host Resurrection prayer summit in April

The 2025 Resurrection Power Prayer Summit organized by Abia Apostolic Intercessory Team in Conjunction with Umuda Isingwu Minister’s Forum with the Theme “Breaking Thou Shall Not Excel Curses And Evil Pronouncements holds from Tuesday, 1st to Friday 4th April ,2025, at St James Methodist Church Umuda Isingwu, Canaan Circuit Umuahia Diocese, by 6pm daily. While on Friday 4th April it shall be Night of Praise and Pray your Way through by 10pm.

The spiritual gathering put together by Ministers Forum to commemorate the 40 days Lenten period before Easter and joy surrounding the power of resurrection, will also feature breakthrough from the captivity of enemies, family barriers, faulty foundations, salvation and healing.

Speaking with Newsmen, the Chief Host of the Programme who is also the Presbyter St James Methodist Church Nigeria Canaan Circuit, the Very Rev Chidiebere Okeke disclosed that the interdenominational programme will feature seasoned servants of God including: the Rev Zion Onuzuruike, Local Church Mass Choirs from Umuda Isingwu Community among other gospel Artistes and Singers within and outside the community.

The Very Rev Okeke enjoined all to attend the Programme to experience God’s power in action through prayer and transformation, adding that the Programme will equally avail the Guests the opportunity to dwell in God’s presence and enjoy the supernatural blessings and breakthroughs.

Contributing, the Convener of the Programme, Apostle Chuks Alozie said that Ministers thought it wise to map out four days from Easter Lenten period to prayband connect the people of Umuda Isingwu back to God.

Apostle Alozie while acknowledged the importance of prayer, therefore, urged Christians to experience the move of God in action through prayer and obedience to his word.

To this end, he invited all lovers of God and the public to the four day spirit filled event which is expected to transform and change the mindset of people regarding their lives and draw them closer to God in repentance.

According to him, many Churches and Ministers such as Rev Zion Onuzuruike of Assemblies of God Church, Rev Raphael Umeanadi of The United Church of Christ, Rev. Jackson O . Okoro (J P). Zion Revival Ministry (Inc) Umuda Isingwu, Apostle John Enelamah leader of Kingdom Apostolic Revival Ministries among others are expected to grace the event.
