After watching the performance of the APC-led Federal Government, the Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Dr. David Oyedepo, has strongly criticized President Bola Tinubu, declaring that his administration has not done well.
Addressing the congregation at the Faith Tabernacle in Ota on Wednesday, 18/2/26, Bishop Oyedepo lambasted the government’s performance and accountability.
“You’re not doing well; you’re not doing well. They must tell you that you’re not doing well. What’s your problem? Hear me, please, hear me. Is this government doing well?”, he queried, with the congregation responding with a loud and unified “No!”
The outspoken Cleric argued that any leadership unable to protect citizens or stabilize the economy has no right to demand blind loyalty or praise.
He made it clear that the challenges facing the nation can only be solved through honest action and genuine performance, not political propaganda.
The Bishop who bitterly highlighted the widespread economic hardship and insecurity affecting Nigerians, warned against attempts by politicians to influence citizens ahead of the 2027 general elections, despite the ongoing struggles faced by ordinary Nigerians.
Hanto Daily News reports that the surprise speech which came after a long period of staying away from public political commentary has attracted widespread reaction across the country.
