As the world marks International Day of Peace, the Oluebube A. Chukwu foundation has enjoined Nigerians to choose kindness over hate, dialogue over division, and hope over fear for the enthrone ment of lasting peace.
The foundation in a release that joins millions of peace lovers in celebrating the day, charged all to chhoose progress over prejudice as well as build bridges that connect and not walls that divide.
“Peace is not just the absence of conflict, it is the foundation of progress, justice, and unity and every step toward peace is a step towards a brighter future,” the release noted.
The Oluebube A chhukwu foundation made it clear that lasting peace is built on justice, equality, and respect for all.
“From the way we speak to one another to the way we handle disagreements, we can create ripples of calm that grow into waves of harmony. Peace is not someone else’s responsibility, it starts with you and me,” it declared.
