The wife of an Umuahia based Pastor is reportedly cooling off in Police custody for allegedly looting goods worth millions of naira from a boutique where she was serving as a staff.
The Pastor’s wife, Chidinma (surname withheld), said to be a trusted staff of a popular Umuahia fashion brand, is alleged by the Chief Executive Officer of the Outfit, Felix ( surname withheld) to have conspired with her husband (Pastor) and other staff to steal clothes, shoes and jewellery.
The CEO who disclosed that he reported the matter to the police after discovering vanishing of goods without a corresponding account of sales, pointed out that investigations later revealed that Chidinma and her husband were allegedly planning to open a boutique with the goods stolen from his shop. 
According to him, during the subsequent raid, police recovered large quantities of dresses from her residence.
Chidinma is also said to have confessed to selling some items with the aid of her husband who is reportedly on the run now.
