Oluebube Chukwu Foundation celebrates Umunneochi Children in style

The Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation, OACF, has used the occasion of the 2025 Chidren’s Day Celebration to avail over 300 indigent children in Umunneochi the honour to be celebrated in a special way.

The event which took place at Vigreat International School, located at No. 2 Ahia Ututu Market Road, Eziama Nneato in Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State, provided the young ones the opportunity to have fun, engage in creativity, to uplift their spirits.

The gathering that featured Spelling Bee, Quiz Competition, songs and dance as well as pep talks on critical issues such as drug abuse and personal hygiene saw the excited children venture into games designed to foster teamwork, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.

Speaking at the event, the Programme OACF Manager, Mrs. Helen Mannic, expressed gratitude to the sponsors and volunteers who made the event possible and reiterated the Foundation’s commitment to child development and provision of quality education in rural communities.

“Our goal is to plant seeds of hope and inspiration in every child we meet,” Mrs Mannic stated.

She particularly commended the founder of the foundation and Senior Special Assistant to Abia Governor on Due Process, Dr Oluebube Chukwu for his spirit of philanthropy and enjoined him to keep marching on.
