Kanu vs FG: Court to rule on no case submission 26 Sept

The no case submission made by the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the suit brought against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria is to be determined earlier than originally scheduled by the Federal High Court, Abuja.

In a statement on his social media handle this Monday (22/9/25), One of the Kanu’s lawyers, Aloy Ejimakor, revealed that the ruling previously scheduled for October 10 is now to be made on Friday, 26th September 2025.

“The scheduled ruling on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s no-case submission has been abridged from 10th October 2025 toFriday, 26th September 2025,” he wrote on his X.

Recall, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who was arrested during the Muhammadu Buhari administration in Kenya has been facing trial for terrorism due to his push for the actualization of the State of Biafra.
