Over Two hundred Volunteers were mobilized by the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF) to participate in its July 2026 monthly environmental sanitation exercise held across the five local government areas of Abia North Senatorial Zone.
Reports say participant from Bende, Isuikwuato, Arochukwu, Ohafia, and Umunneochi LGAs, that involved themselves in the exercise exhibited greater commitment to cleaner, healthier communities.

In Bende LGA, the exercise covered Ibinaukwu Hall, Onu Ibinaukwu, Igbere Ward A with volunteers actively participating.

At Isuikwuato LGA, Uturu Primary School, Mvurunvu and Umumara Communities, Uturu saw over thirty volunteers identifying with the programme which has received the blessings of the masses.

Over forty volunteers gathered at Afor Market Square, Achara, Mbala/Achara Ward, Zone 2 of Ummunneochi LGA where they gathered to once again show their commitment to achieving cleaner and healthier environment ment.

In Arochukwu LGA, 32 volunteers gathered Village Market, Amoba, Aro Ward 2 to identify with the laudable initiatives of OACF.
For the Ohafia LGA, 68 Volunteers were at Mgbaga Community Village Square and Toilet Facility Road, Ebem Oha Ward to ensure the cleanliness of their environment.
Speaking at different places of participation, some volunteers lauded the OACF and the founder, Dr Oluebube Chukwu for initiating and sustaining the effort and enjoined other organizations to emulate the gesture.
Hanto Daily News reports that the increasing participation of residents demonstrates the Foundation’s growing grassroots impact in promoting environmental responsibility, public health, and sustainable community development.
