Hon Ogah Approves Another Batch Of Distribution Of 2,500 School Bags, Learning Materials To Pupils

As part of his commitment towards the good of schoolchildren and youths in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, the member representing Isuikwuato / Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Hon Amobi Godwin Ogah has approved the 3rd batch in the distribution of 2,500 school bags to select pupils in public primary schools in Isuikwuato and Umunneochi Local Government Areas of Abia State.

A release endorsed by Promise Udeh, DG, Hon Amobi Ogah Education Foundation says the distribution will take place from 16th – 18th June, 2026.

According to the release, the project is being carried out in line with Hon Ogah’s belief that: “It is painful to see our children trek to schools without school bags, shoes, exercise books and learning materials. No child should suffer such torture”.

Meanwhile the Job Amobi Ogah foundation has again reminded the public that the 3rd batch of the full-funded scholarship for 44 youths willing to study at Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology Aba, will hold as scheduled:

The foundation states that Uturu Center holds at 9am on 10th July, 2026 at Uturu Secondary School, while Isuikwuato Center holds the same day at Isuikwuato High School by 1pm.

For Nneato Center, it takes place on 11th July, 2026 at Nneato Secondary School at 9am, while Isuochi Center is at Isuochi Secondary School at 1pm.

It further states that Umuchieze Center will be at Leru Secondary School at 3pm on the same 11th July.

The foundation urges interested persons to come to the Examination venue with a passport photograph, and any of the following: (1) NIN, (2) LGA certificate of identification or (3) an identification letter from the Traditional Ruler of their Village.

The Hon Amobi Ogah Education Foundation recalls that it has consistently been up to date in the yearly payment of WAEC Registration Fees across Secondary Schools in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi. This is in addition to the distribution of learning materials such as: magnetic white boards, exercise books, writing materials, mathematical sets, staplers, markers and office equipment to make learning easy and within the reach of our people.

In 2023, Hon Amobi Ogah offered full-funded scholarship to 88 youths to study medical and agro-allied courses at Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology Aba, and Federal College of Agriculture Ishiagu.
