Rise Boldly, Lead Fearlessly, Champion Inclusion – Dr Oluebube Challenges Women

African Women have been challenged to take the lead in shaping a more inclusive and progressive society.

Speaking in umuahia at the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations Abia State Chapter event commemorating International Women’s Day, the Senior specially assistant to the Governor on due Process, High Chief Dr. Chukwu declared that no nation can truly develop without empowering its women and amplifying their voices.

Dr Chukwu who spoke on the theme, “Give to Gain: Driving Gender Inclusion and Collective Growth Through Responsible Communication,” described the concept as a game-changing philosophy capable of transforming individuals, institutions, and entire communities.

He charged women and professionals alike to embrace selfless contribution by giving their time, talent, and resources, noting that such actions build stronger networks, enhance credibility, and unlock long-term opportunities.

“When you give of yourself, you unlock growth, not just for others, but for society as a whole,” he emphasized.

Dr. Chukwu pointed out that women inclusion remains a catalyst for stronger communities, improved healthcare, better education, and economic growth, insisting that Nigeria’s progress is closely tied to how well it supports its women and girls.

The Due Process Boss further challenged members of the institute to leverage the vast opportunities within NIPR, including professional development, networking, and global exposure, describing the organization as a strategic platform for influence and career advancement.

While highlighting the role of communication, Dr Chukwu solicited intentional, responsible engagement, and urged women to break stereotypes, speak with empathy, and build platforms that promote respect and inclusivity.

Making reference to some inspiring figures like Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, he asserted that Nigerian women have continue to make remarkable global impact.

Dr Chukwu therefore called on women to rise boldly, lead fearlessly, and use their voices to drive meaningful change across all sectors of society.
