Following the resignation of Hon Segun Ogunwuyi, the immediate past Chief of staff to Governor Seyi Mankinde of Oyo State, the Governor has appointed Bashorun Akinwale Akinwole, his new Chief of Staff.
The appointment is contained in a release issued by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Sulaimon Olanrewaju, via the letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Musibau Babatunde.
Recall, the immediate past CoS to Makinde, Hon Segun Ogunwuyi, resigned from the government on Monday with no reason clearly stated.
With the latest development, the immediate past CoS, who has served at both State and National Assemblies has joined some aides of Governor Makinde who have left his administration in the last two months.
