For the purposes of repositioning his party and ensuring outright electoral victory, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Senatorial Candidate for Abia North, High Chief Irukwu Onwuka has held a strategic meeting with members of the State Working Committee (SWC) of Abia North Extraction, Principal Local Government Officers of the Zone and the Bende North State House of Assembly Candidate.

The meeting which was at the instance of High Chief Onwuka deliberated on ways of mobilization more support for the party at the grassroots for the task ahead.
Speaking with Hanto Daily News, the APGA Senatorial Candidate who hails from Abiriba, Ohafia LGA described the rubbing of minds as very fruitful and engaging.
He pointed out that it was marked by meaningful deliberations, strategic engagements, and a shared commitment to strengthening our party and advancing our collective political objectives across Abia North.
According to him, the meeting also reinforced the spirit of unity, teamwork, and coordinated action to achieve electoral victory.
The Senatorial candidate noted that he is overwhelmingly qualified to represent Abia North at the Red Chamber and called on his opponents to engage in issue-based campaign.
High Chief Onwuka expressed confidence that the people of Abia North will throw their weight behind him and other candidates of the party that has grassroot appeal for the electorate.
He, therefore, challenged the leadership of the party in the zone to remain patriotic and shun any violent act that will bring the party to disrepute, reminding that APGA is still the popular choice.
