The Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF) is among select humanitarian and development stakeholders gathering in the nation’s capital, Abuja, for the 16th Annual Humanitarian Public Lecture, Graduation and Induction Ceremony.
The ceremony, which holds on Saturday, 22/8/27 at 10:00 a.m., will take place at Haris Hotel, Plot 313, Cadastral Zone B03, Wuye, Abuja.

The Programme Manager of the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF), Helen Mannic, has already arrived ahead of the commencement of the event themed, “Resilience in Action: Strengthening Ethical Leadership, Inclusivity and Humanitarian Values in Nigeria.”
Organised by the Institute for Humanitarian Studies & Social Development in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and CIFAL Nigeria, the programme is expected to attract professionals and stakeholders from the humanitarian, academic, development and public sectors.
The event will focus attention on the need for ethical leadership, inclusivity, resilience and stronger humanitarian values in Nigeria and will be chaired by Dr. Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, fIHSD (Dallatun Zazzau), former Governor of Kaduna State.
OACF’s presence in the gathering further highlights the body’s engagement with initiatives promoting humanitarian action, leadership development, inclusion and community advancement.
According to the organizers, the lecture is expected to provide a platform for participants to examine practical ways of building resilient communities and strengthening humanitarian responses to Nigeria’s social and developmental challenges.
