The Nigerian Breweries suffered some losses Thursday evening as the section where empty crates are packed, located at Ogbor Hill Aba, Abia State was engulfed by fire .
Posts made on Facebook pages of some bloggers and interested people showed smokes billowing from the premises, though the cause is still unknown.
Reports say the cause of the fire that affected the premises located around the Incubator Center axis is yet still unknown.
According to an eye witness account, the fire did not affect the main factory which is just adjacent to the place of the inferno.
It further revealed that no house was affected following the timely Intervention of the Fire Servicemen who prevented the inferno from spreading.
Security Agencies were also on ground to assist secure the environment.
