Popular Nigerian musician and one of the greatest influencers of modern music in Nigeria, Innocent Ujah Idibia, widely known as 2Face, has described his marriage to his estranged wife as “living in bondage.
Speaking on his experience with Annie via claims he made in a snippet of the upcoming episode of +234 Mzansi Podcast co-hosted by Nigerian comedians Nedu, Acapella and South African media personality, Kifilwe, the African Queen Crooner alleged that his life was also threatened while the marriage lasted.
“This thing wey dem call ‘living in bondage’ is real. There were some people who were ready to kill me,” he said while responding to a question about his failed marriage to Annie.
2Baba as he is fondle called by his fans and Annie got married in May 2012, and are blessed with two daughters, Isabella and Olivia.
Recall, the Benue state born singer announced his separation from Annie on via his social media page on Sunday, January 26, 2025 and began flaunting his new lover, Natasha Osawuru, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, shortly after the outburst.
